What an incredible place. Thank you so much for such wonderful weekend, cooking and eating al fresco. It was absolutely magical. It was all SO comfortable and luxurious. We will be back.

A little slice of Heaven! Thank you for such a beautiful stay for our mini-moon. Didn’t realise how much we need this time to sit, read and listen to the birds. The hut is a perfect cosy home on a stunning hill with views that never fail to impress. Thank you for giving us the best space to enjoy together after our wedding.

Thank you for the break we really needed! The huts were SO comfortable and luxurious-the perfect setting for a few days of board games, reading, napping and listening to the birds (lots of these to be heard, including coal tits, dunnocks, bull finches and oyster catchers). Sunday lunch at the Royal George was a real treat and we also loved the bookshop in Chepstow- highly recommend this to any visitors. Rod & Fanny settled us in and everything was just perfect, especially the lovely fire pit. Thank you again.

A perfect cottage in which to enjoy a cosy, quiet Christmas. Many thanks to Laura and Euan for a very warm welcome and for making us feel at home. We are already thinking of when we can come back!

Euan was a fantastic host and made sure we had everything we needed – including a good supply of logs for the wood burner which we loved!

Accommodating us at short notice for New Year is much appreciated – so glad we found this place! Plenty of amazing walks and views over the valley.

We will be back in the future for sure!

We’ve just spent the most incredible 3 days in this beautiful shepherds hut, and its been nothing short of perfect!
The supering bed was beyond comfortable – one of the best nights sleep we’ve had in ages.
The small wood burner kept the space wonderfully warm and cosy, creating the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing getaway.
One of the things we loved most was how peaceful it was here. Once we turned off the lights, the pitch darkness and gentle sounds of nature made for the most restful sleep – completely serene.
It was truly the best birthday present I could have asked for.
